Bobbin Winder Adapter
If a machine doesn't have a vertical spool pin or the pin base is recessed so that some projection on the machine causes the carousel's base to drag, the Bobbin Winder Adapter is the perfect tool.
The Bobbin Winder Adapter is merely pushed over the bobbin winder as if it were a bobbin – and the carousel is inserted over it. It adapts the thread carousel to the vertical bobbin winder on most modern machines.
The Bobbin Winder Adapter also has a removable lower thread guide for machines that need the thread to enter from a low angle.
It is always necessary to balance the load on the Color-Go-Round thread carousel. The Bobbin Winder Adapter is fragile so that a seriously unbalanced load will break it before any damage can be done to the Bobbin Winder mechanism.
